SERVICE OVERVIEW

The process of identifying the steps required for the construction of the project can be divided into 3 phases, breaking the project down into workable tasks, commonly called “Activities”, then identifying the logical order in which these activities are to be executed, and lastly defining technology and construction method to estimate resource, cost, and time for each activity.
Construction planning is the process of identifying the steps required to build a structure. It involves defining what actions need to be completed, creating an ordered timeline of events, staffing the project, and determining the necessary materials and equipment. A well-crafted construction plan is important to keep the project on schedule and within budget. It can also help ensure the overall quality of the project meets your client’s standards. Finally, having a construction plan can increase your team’s productivity and efficiency by streamlining communication.

 

At Scope Project Management,
Our target is to develop a plan to complete a construction project based on budget, work schedule, and available resources, while also making organizational decisions such as which subcontractors to use for the given project.

 

We will synthesize the steps necessary to complete a construction project including choosing among technology and methods, defining and breaking work tasks (WBS and Activities) and relationships, and estimating activity durations and resource requirements.
